The following table outlines the fee schedule for projects based on total project cost.

New Fee Schedule Effective 1/1/2017

For projects initiated on or after January 1st, 2017, the following fee schedule will replace the previous fee schedule. These rates will be applied to the actual encumbered amount for a contract award or the cost of change order as it is executed.
