I.T. Support for I&S Employees

The Infrastructure and Sustainability (I&S) IT Team supports only employees of the (I&S) team. If you are a Georgia Tech faculty, student or non-I&S staff member and you need technical assistance, please visit the Technology Support Center.

If you are an I&S employee and you need computer or technical support, then we have a few options for you to contact us. Requests get handled more efficiently when you follow this protocol.

  1. Email: You can send an email to our automated system at: askIT@facilities.gatech.edu.  This generates a ticket automatically in our system, and your issue will be routed to the team member best suited to resolve your issue.
  2. Telephone: We have staff available to answer questions by phone from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday (except campus Holidays).  Our phone number is 404-385-8326 (xt: 58326 from any campus phone).
  3. Walk-up Service: Our office is open for walk-up service from 8:00am - 4:00pm in the ground floor of the Okeefe Building, room 35.
