Smith and Howell Residence Halls Renovation

To preserve their historic character and meet projected housing needs, both residence halls will be renovated. This includes updating building systems and interior spaces. A new connecting structure will join the two buildings, creating a central entry point. Also planned are ADA accessibility improvements for all floors and enhanced lighting and amenities.
