A comprehensive renovation of existing historic dormitory buildings, including the addition of a new connecting structure to include program space such as an exercise facility, meeting rooms, study lounges, and lobby. The attic of each building will be renovated to add student dormitories and support space. Elevators will be added to both existing buildings to provide accessible vertical circulation.
