Jacobs Engineering Group refuses to do the following as the IDIQ contract does not require it:

Jacobs will not check Per Project under the Commercial General Liability - General Aggregate [They have checked Per Policy]

They will not include $2M coverage for Products - Comp/Op as the IDIQ Contract specifically calls for $2M under General Aggregate Only. Design Professional Contract is more general and requires $2M in the the aggregate.
