Planned Outage Timeframe: Sat., Dec. 19 through Thurs., Dec. 31, 2026
In order to continue improvements to the chilled water distribution system, I&O will be executing a scheduled partial outage to chilled water service (building air conditioning) during the 2026 winter break period. No work will be completed on Fri., Dec. 25.

OCTOBER 2026 UPDATE: Current work in Harrison Square is for a steam repair and should be complete by Fri., Oct. 16.
NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE: D.M. Smith construction fencing has been removed.
SEPTEMBER 2025 UPDATE: Harrison Square has fully reopened and all construction fencing has been removed. Construction fencing remains surrounding the D.M. Smith building as interior renovation work continues.
