How Do I Get IT Support?

 

Infrastructure and Sustainability (I&S) Technology Services only supports I&S employees of the team. If you are an I&S employee and you need computer or technical support, there are a few ways to contact us. Please select one of the options below for the most efficient processing of your request.

Email

You can send an email to our automated system at: askIT@facilities.gatech.edu. This generates a ticket automatically in our system, and your issue will be routed to the team member best suited to resolve your issue.

Phone

We have staff available to answer questions by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except campus holidays). Our phone number is 404-385-8326 (ext: 58326 from any campus phone).

Walk-in Service

Our office is open for walk-up service from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the ground floor of the Okeefe Building, room 35.
