FY 2025 Overtime Custodial Rate = $50.00
- Please begin to apply this amount to all communication of event pricing effective immediately.
- The attached FY 2025 Inter Departmental Form reflects the new rate of $50.00
- We request that there be minimal Waivers granted this fiscal year. The areas must be properly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected following each use.
- Payments
- Acceptable forms of payment are Direct Pay via Credit Card or Work Tag Numbers.
- No checks are accepted.
GT Building Managers and Event Coordinators
Current Custodial Cost Structure Through June 30, 2025
- Custodial fees are currently $50.00 per hour.
- TRASH CAN RENTAL fees are (up to 5 units) $50.00 per batch for up to 3 days.
- There is a minimum charge of 4 hours for custodial services at $200.00 for every 4 classrooms or every 3 auditoriums.
- For most reservations/requests made after 3:00 pm, a custodial fee quote may not be sent until after 8:30 am the next day.
- Acceptable forms of payment are Direct Pay via Credit Card or Work Tag Numbers.
- The fee is for the cleaning of the reserved rooms, the area restrooms, and hall.
- You can request a pre-clean and/or a post-clean of min. 4 hours before and/or after an event. Service may also be requested for the full span of the event per hour plus clean up following, so that rooms and or atriums are ready for the next event or class.
- Events that end after 8pm Monday - Friday or are held on a weekend may require custodial fees.
- If fees are required, you will be contacted by Building Services.

Keep in mind, the price increases as the quantities or size of rooms increases.
