Pedestrian and vehicle travel will be affected by the temporary partial closure of 9th Street and McMillan Street on Thursday March 11 and Friday March 12.  The service lot and dumpsters on 9th Street will remain accessible during the project.  Both streets should be re-opened by the end of day on the 12.
